FLORAL WORKSHOP

Booking Terms & Conditions

We're so excited to welcome you to our floral workshop! To ensure everything runs smoothly and that we can prepare a beautiful experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions before booking.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

2. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Due to the advance preparation involved in our workshops, including ordering fresh flowers, materials and supplies, all bookings are final.

• No cancellations or refunds: We do not offer cancellations, refunds or credits if you are unable to attend, change your mind or experience a change in personal circumstances.

• Booking transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a friend or another person at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop and provide the replacement attendee's details.

• Non-attendance: No refunds or credits will be provided for missed workshops or late arrivals.

• These conditions are subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

3. WORKSHOP MATERIALS & INCLUSIONS

• All flowers, materials, tools and equipment required for the workshop will be provided unless otherwise stated.

• Flower varieties, colours and materials may vary depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock.

• Every effort will be made to maintain the overall style and quality of the advertised workshop.

• All floral creations made during the workshop are yours to take home.

4. ARRIVAL & PARTICIPATION

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the advertised start time.

• Workshops will commence promptly at the scheduled time.

• Participants are expected to follow instructions and treat the instructor, other attendees and venue with respect.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

• Participants must follow all safety instructions when using scissors, wire cutters and other workshop equipment.

• Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities, particularly relating to flowers, pollen or foliage, before attending.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Photographs may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.

• Your permission will be requested before identifiable photographs or videos of you are used publicly.

• Participants are welcome to photograph and share their own floral creations.

7. WORKSHOP CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISER

• We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If we need to cancel, attendees will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative workshop date.

• If a workshop is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, an appropriate refund will be offered.
