Cancellation Policy
### Cancellations, Refunds & Booking Transfers - All workshop bookings must be paid in full to secure a place. Due to the preparation involved in our workshops, including the advance ordering of fresh flowers, materials and supplies, all bookings are considered final once payment has been received. - **No cancellations:** We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds or credits if you are unable to attend, change your mind or have a change in personal circumstances. - **Booking transfers:** If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance and provide the replacement attendee's name and contact details. - **Non-attendance:** No refunds, credits or alternative arrangements will be offered for missed workshops or failure to attend. - **Exceptional circumstances:** All bookings are subject to these conditions, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
